There's a hole in my heart that can only be filled by you

I don't know. Just haven't been feelin it lately. I thought I wanted to explain my feelings, but then again I don't really want to show you how stupid they are. More than I already do. Blah.

We went to a couple pet adoption events this weekend. It was craziness. And by that I mean the people, not so much the pets. Still no cat to call my own, but I haven't lost hope. In fact I've invested way too much time into getting my hopes up even when it's not really necessary. Trying not to be discouraged. We'll find the right one, or the right one will find us. I just need to be patient.

Please let this winter crap be over soon.

There are too many out there for you not to find yours, but I also strongly believe that pets choose us as well - I know our cat did! Hang in there!

At the animal hospitals and vet offices we used to take Bailey to, there were always cats and dogs for adoption. That's how we got Jinx. Keep looking, it will happen!

Winter will be over soon. It's March now, 2 weeks until Official Spring. Daffodils, tulips, crocuses, forsythia. 2 more weeks.

You'll find a cat. Molly found us- reached out of her cage and fapped us on the leg as we were looking at someone else. Look in the paper for free kittens.

Amen.

When we got Nigel (the middle kitty, who totally has middle kitty syndrome... but that's for another reply), we had held so many kittens and were leaving the building when this lady walked in with the noisiest kitten tucked under her chin and I said,"THAT IS THE ONE."

It'll happen.

And spring will be here soon.

Yes, it is almost kitten season, so if all else fails, you can find two kittens and mold them into the perfect cat.

I totally believe in love at first sight, and felt that way about my Kiki, but the boyfriend just loved Teddy. I was like, eh, he's okay. But I've grown to love him.

When you find the right one, you'll know.

Also, please hang in there. It seems like (not to trivialize it at all) winter is doing a number on everyone this year.
